Hostel Facilities
Sree Anjaneya Institute of Dental Sciences (SAIDS) provides modern, secure, and well-maintained hostel accommodation for students. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls within the campus, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
The hostels are equipped with spacious rooms, essential amenities, uninterrupted water supply, power backup, and regular housekeeping services. Dedicated wardens are available to guide and support students throughout their stay.
Hygienic and nutritious meals are served daily in the hostel mess, providing students with a homely dining experience. The hostel premises are under 24×7 security and CCTV surveillance to ensure the safety and well-being of every resident.
Students are encouraged to maintain discipline, respect fellow residents, and make the best use of the hostel facilities provided by the institution.
Hostel Rules & Regulations
17- Hostellers will not be permitted to leave the hostel after 7:00 PM.
- Do not keep jewellery, costly articles, or large amounts of cash in your room. The management is not responsible for any loss or damage.
- Parents/Guardians may visit students once every month between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
- Prior permission from the Hostel Warden/Administrative Officer is mandatory before leaving the hostel with parents or guardians.
- Students must keep their rooms clean, neat, and well maintained at all times.
- Playing musical instruments inside hostel rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of drugs are strictly prohibited. Violators will face strict disciplinary action.
- Visitors and day scholars are not permitted to enter the hostel premises.
- Guests are not allowed to stay in the hostel.
- Students should not cause inconvenience or disturbance to their roommates.
- Hostellers shall not leave the headquarters without prior permission from the competent authority.
- Use of mobile phones during study hours is strictly prohibited.
- Electric kettles and other high-voltage electrical appliances are not permitted inside hostel rooms. Unauthorized items will be confiscated and penalties may be imposed.
- Hostel and mess fees are non-refundable if a student vacates the hostel during the academic year. Only the caution deposit will be refunded after obtaining a No Due Certificate.
- Regular inspections of hostel rooms will be conducted. Students must maintain cleanliness and avoid damaging hostel property.
- Damage to hostel furniture, equipment, or misuse of fire safety equipment will result in disciplinary action and recovery of repair costs.
- Students are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their allotted rooms and for proper disposal of waste. Common areas will be cleaned regularly by housekeeping staff.
