Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all online payments made through the official website of Sree Anjaneya Institute of Dental Sciences (SAIDS), a unit of Malabar Medical College, Kozhikode.
1. General Policy – No Refund
All payments made through the official website of SAIDS are considered final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Admission and application fees
- Tuition fees
- Examination fees
- Hospital consultation or treatment booking charges (where applicable)
- Hostel and transportation fees
- Continuing education programme fees
- Any other academic or institutional service charges
Students, patients, parents, and guardians are advised to verify all payment details carefully before completing any transaction. Once a payment has been successfully processed, cancellation or refund requests will not ordinarily be accepted.
2. Refund for Duplicate or Failed Transactions
Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or where a payment has been deducted from the user's account more than once due to a technical error.
To request a refund, users should contact the institution within 7 working days and provide:
- Proof of payment (receipt or bank transaction reference)
- Name of the student/patient
- Application, admission, or patient reference number (if applicable)
- Contact details for communication
After verification, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on banking procedures.
3. Cancellation Policy
Submission of online applications, admission registrations, appointment bookings, or other service requests does not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund. Any exceptions shall be subject to the rules and policies of the institution.
